DTFX - Suction-filter bench for fumes and dust
Compact mobile or stationary filter suction bench
Designed for the aspiration and filtration of:
- Welding fumes Cutting fumes from materials containing even very fine powders Cutting powders (e.g. from trimming / VTR cutting) Dust from grinding / disc-grinding or sanding (generic)
Basic features:
Machine built in galvanized sheet of first choice and adequate thickness, painted, in panels bolted together and sealed airtight.Conceived for all work on small to medium-sized items or items to be positioned on the surface of the suction bench.
All benches are equipped with:
- a front suction wall with anti-rebound system of the sparks side containment walls, one of which is folding or removable (if fitted with a ducted drain kit) .Removable drawer for the collection of larger sized waste. Compact and robust design - can be equipped with wheels for movement inside the building Effective suction in the work area with suction front and lower slats Still chamber for pre-separation of dust Standard F7 pocket filtration, higher filtration degree depending on the type Practical drawer for collecting slag and dust
